Les missions

The IT Project Manager plays a central role in the management and success of a company's IT projects. From the launch phase, he works with stakeholders to define needs, goals, and required resources.

He develops a detailed project plan, including key milestones, schedule, and budget. Its mission is to supervise the technical and functional teams, ensuring that each one respects its responsibilities and deadlines. It also coordinates external suppliers or service providers when they are involved.

During the project, the IT Project Manager closely monitors the progress of the work, identifies risks and sets up corrective actions if necessary. It ensures that communication between the various stakeholders is smooth and transparent, thus facilitating decision-making and the rapid resolution of possible problems.

Once the project is completed, he is responsible for the final evaluation: he ensures that the product or system delivered meets initial expectations and is functional. It can also produce a report to identify areas for improvement and capitalize on lessons learned for future projects.

By combining technical, organizational and relational expertise, the IT Project Manager is essential to carry out projects that align technological objectives with the strategic needs of the company.
