Je tiens vraiment à vous faire part de ma satisfaction concernant l’utilisation de GRIMP dans le cadre de mon accompagnement auprès des étudiants. La plateforme est très ergonomique, intuitive et facile à prendre en main, ce qui me permet de gagner un temps précieux au quotidien. Elle m’aide à mieux cibler les profils en fonction des offres que je propose, notamment grâce aux pourcentages de correspondance, qui offrent une vraie valeur ajoutée pour affiner la sélection des candidats. Un autre point particulièrement appréciable est la clarté des reportings, qui permettent de suivre efficacement l’activité, et notamment d’identifier rapidement les étudiants les plus ou les moins actifs dans leurs candidatures.
