Les missions

The Aquaculture Expert is responsible for the management and operation of aquaculture farms. It ensures the good development of the species raised by controlling their diet, growth and health. It applies strict protocols to guarantee the quality and traceability of products while ensuring animal welfare.

It monitors and adjusts environmental parameters such as temperature and water quality in order to optimize farming conditions. At the same time, it ensures the maintenance of infrastructures and the monitoring of the equipment necessary for production.

In collaboration with biologists and technicians, it sets up programs to research and improve aquaculture practices. It also ensures the application of safety standards and regulations in force to avoid any pollution or contamination of aquatic environments.

Finally, he may be required to manage commercial aspects such as the sale of aquaculture products and negotiations with customers and distributors.
