Les missions

The Sustainable Construction Engineer intervenes from the design phase of a real estate or infrastructure project, taking care to integrate ecological and energy-efficient solutions. It must assess the environmental impacts of construction, propose sustainable materials and construction methods that respect nature.

Once the project is launched, it monitors the progress of the work in coordination with architects, site managers, and various service providers. It ensures that ecological standards are respected and that costs are controlled. The Sustainable Construction Engineer is also involved in the management of environmental certifications (HQE, BREEAM, LEED, etc.) and participates in the analysis of the energy performance of buildings after they are commissioned.

At the same time, he is an actor in raising awareness of environmental issues within teams and among customers, by advising them on best practices and sustainable solutions.
