Les missions

The main mission of the E-Commerce Manager is to develop and manage the company's online sales platform. He develops the sales strategy, choosing the products to promote and ensuring the good management of the online catalog. It ensures the implementation of a smooth and efficient user experience, whether on desktop or mobile.

He works closely with marketing teams to set up advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social networks, etc.) and develop customer loyalty strategies (loyalty programs, promotions, etc.). It optimizes site performance by analyzing traffic and conversion data, and by adjusting marketing actions and product presentation based on feedback and trends.

The E-Commerce Manager also oversees the entire sales process, from inventory management to logistics, including payment management and customer relationships. He ensures that the products are delivered on time and that the customer service is impeccable.

He is also working on optimizing the conversion tunnel by adjusting the customer journey on the site, improving product pages and increasing the conversion rate. It carries out regular tests to improve the ergonomics of the site (A/B tests, analysis of user behavior).
