🎙 In this eleventh episode of season 3 of the podcast The future is now, Paul Foutrel moved to Bordeaux to discuss with Xavier Balzan, director ofNew Aquitaine aspect, an outdoor training center comprising 45 establishments (UFA), recognized in the country.

In this sincere and accessible exchange, we talk about youth, of training, ofemployability, and especiallydaily commitment to support apprentices in their career.

👥 Young, diverse, sometimes fragile audiences

Contrary to popular belief about vocational training, Xavier recalls that Aspect Nouvelle-Aquitaine accompanies young people from the age of 16, often in contexts of early school leaving, retraining or difficulty integrating.

The objective: Put them back into a learning dynamic, by valuing them and reconnecting them to the professional world.

🏫 A player in the field who is as close as possible to reality

Aspect Nouvelle-Aquitaine is rooted locally, in direct connection with jobs in tension (logistics, sales, services, etc.) and the needs of businesses.

But what makes the difference is human support : supervision, listening, reassurance. Xavier insists on the fact that “the framework is part of pedagogy”.
