Les missions

The Agile Coach is a catalyst for transformation within companies. Its main role is to guide teams and managers in implementing agile practices, by promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration and transparency.

On a daily basis, he assesses the agile maturity of teams and identifies obstacles to their effectiveness. It organizes awareness-raising workshops, training and coaching sessions to strengthen the understanding of agile principles and their application.

The Agile Coach also helps with the implementation of agile frameworks (such as Scrum or SAFe), by ensuring that roles and ceremonies (such as sprints, retrospectives, and reviews) are respected. He works closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and executive teams to align strategic goals with operational initiatives.

As a mentor, he supports teams in resolving conflicts, improves work processes, and ensures that agile values are integrated at all levels of the organization. It plays a key role in the transition from a traditional organization to an agile model, often by managing resistance to change and promoting a user-centered approach.

Through its interventions, the Agile Coach allows companies to gain flexibility, speed of execution and customer satisfaction, while cultivating a collaborative and motivating work environment.
