Les missions

The Innovation Manager's mission is to define and implement the company's innovation strategy. It starts by conducting technological and competitive intelligence to identify emerging trends and opportunities for innovation. It analyzes the needs of the market and those of the company to determine the priority areas of innovation.

Internally, it promotes creativity and the taking of initiatives within teams, by developing an environment conducive to innovation. It can organize brainstorming workshops, design thinking sessions, and encourage experimentation.

The Innovation Manager also works to turn innovative ideas into concrete projects. It establishes partnerships with startups, research laboratories, and other companies to integrate new technologies or methods. He then oversees the development and implementation of these innovations, monitoring projects and measuring their impact on company performance.

To succeed, he must know how to juggle strategic vision and operational skills, be able to convince teams and stakeholders of the importance of innovation, and remain agile in the face of rapid market changes.
