Présentation
📢 Introduction
In this eighth episode of season 3 of the podcast “The Future is Now”, Paul Foutrel, co-founder of Grimp, meets Kevin, deputy director of CFA LEEM. Together, they explore the challenges of training, professional integration and the attractiveness of jobs in the health industries.
An exciting exchange to better understand how a reference player structures its action at the national level to support young people, partner institutions and businesses towards a common future.
🧪 Dive into the heart of learning in the healthcare industry
From the production of drugs to the design of connected medical devices, jobs in the health industry are evolving, innovating and recruiting massively. Kevin looks back on his atypical career, between kitchen sales and HR, and shares his vision of learning as a driver of autonomy, curiosity and meaning.
Through the CFA LEEM, he coordinates a network of 30 partner institutions, 144 training courses and around thirty jobs, ranging from bac + 2 to bac + 6, to meet the urgent needs of an industry essential to society.
🚀 A CFA like no other
The CFA LEEM is a CFA outside the walls: it does not have premises but federates a network of partners (universities, engineering schools, high schools, IUT...).
Its originality is based on three pillars:
- A strong territorial network with 13 learning advisors in the field;
- A strong involvement in creating links between young people, schools and businesses;
- A constant desire to innovate in order to offer tools adapted to the realities of training and employment (electronic booklet, monitoring tools, etc.).
💬 Key messages for young people
Kevin delivers several strong messages:
- Curiosity is an essential skill for professional growth.
- There is no mandatory linear path to success, but a need for meaning and commitment.
- Apprenticeships develop talents that are more resourceful, more mature and better equipped to enter the workforce.
📈 Concrete results
With a hiring rate of over 80%, the training courses offered by CFA LEEM are a powerful lever for sustainable integration in the health industries. Graduates often become recruiters, tutors or ambassadors themselves, feeding a virtuous circle.
🎧 Conclusion
This new episode highlights a committed, visionary and pragmatic actor. Kevin reminds us that “the future is now”... and that it is being built, every day, as close as possible to the field, talents and partners.
