The Digital Recruitment Consultant is responsible for the entire recruitment process for positions in the digital sector. It starts by analyzing the needs of client companies to understand the skills and profiles they are looking for. He works closely with HR managers or managers to develop a tailor-made recruitment strategy, adapted to the company's challenges.

It sets up online recruitment campaigns on job boards, professional social networks (LinkedIn, Viadeo) and other recruitment platforms specific to the digital sector. Thanks to advanced sourcing techniques, he identifies and contacts potential candidates. It can also use data analysis and artificial intelligence tools to refine its searches and find specific profiles.

The Digital Recruitment Consultant conducts recruitment interviews, assesses the technical and human skills of candidates, and ensures follow-up throughout the recruitment process. It also prepares candidates for interviews, provides them with information about the company and the position, and guides them in negotiating their contract.

Another part of its missions is to establish and maintain long-term relationships with candidates, to anticipate future recruitment needs and to create a talent pool for its clients.
