Les missions

The Digital Project Manager is responsible for the management and coordination of various digital projects: creation of websites, online marketing campaigns, development of mobile applications, etc. His main mission is to ensure that each stage of the project respects the objectives set in terms of deadlines, budget and quality.

From the start of the project, he is responsible for collecting the needs of customers or internal users, translating them into precise specifications, and then planning each phase of the project. For example, for a website redesign project, he must define the main stages of design, development, testing, and putting online, while mobilizing the necessary resources.

Throughout the project, he is the main point of contact between the various stakeholders: designers, developers, marketing teams, and sometimes the customers themselves. He ensures the smooth progress of the tasks and ensures that the teams respect the deadlines and the defined quality standards.

The Digital Project Manager also monitors the KPIs to assess the performance and effectiveness of the solutions implemented. It adapts strategies if necessary, based on results or feedback. For example, it can adjust an online advertising campaign based on conversion rates and clicks to optimize results.

In addition to his technical and organizational skills, the Digital Project Manager must demonstrate good interpersonal skills and effective leadership to motivate teams, manage unexpected events, and facilitate collaboration between the various actors in the project. At the end of the project, he assesses the results, documents the processes and identifies areas for improvement for future digital initiatives.
