Les missions

The e-learning Project Manager is responsible for managing the design and implementation of online training courses within the company or for its customers. He is involved at all stages of the project, from the analysis of needs to the delivery of training courses.

First, it collaborates with stakeholders to define educational goals and learners' expectations. Then, he develops the training specifications and coordinates the teams in charge of the educational content, design, and technical development of the e-learning modules.

The e-learning Project Manager supervises the production of interactive content (videos, quizzes, simulations, etc.), while ensuring that these elements respect technical and educational constraints. He may have to test the training modules, to adjust the content according to the feedback and to ensure the maintenance of online training courses.

It also ensures the quality of the user experience and the compatibility of training courses with the various devices and platforms used by learners. In addition, he manages the schedules, budgets and resources necessary to carry out the project successfully, while ensuring that the training courses meet the deadlines.

Finally, the e-learning Project Manager assesses the effectiveness of online training through performance indicators (completion rate, learner feedback, etc.) and adjusts the content according to the results obtained.

In summary, the e-learning Project Manager is a key player in the creation and management of online training courses. It ensures the smooth running of projects, by coordinating the teams and by ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the training modules for learners.
