Renewable Energy Engineer

The Renewable Energy Engineer designs, develops and optimizes systems and technologies to produce energy from renewable sources (solar, wind, biomass, hydraulic, etc.), with the aim of sustainability and the reduction of carbon emissions.

Les missions

The Renewable Energy Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing green energy projects to reduce the environmental impact of businesses and communities. It starts by studying the energy needs of a site or project and evaluating the most suitable renewable solutions. This may include technologies such as photovoltaic, wind, wind, biomass, or geothermal energy.

It carries out technical and economic feasibility analyses, taking into account sustainability and profitability criteria. Once the project is validated, he oversees the design and development phases of the installations, in collaboration with technicians, electricians and other engineers.

The Renewable Energy Engineer ensures compliance with environmental standards and regulations in force, while optimizing the energy performance of the systems he sets up. His work also includes a follow-up and maintenance component to ensure that the installations remain efficient and reliable over time.

To be successful, this engineer must be able to work in teams with technical experts and project managers, while keeping an eye on innovations in the field of sustainable energy.
