Les missions

The Marine Crops Expert ensures the cultivation and management of maritime productions, in particular seaweed, shellfish and fish. It selects operating areas based on environmental and regulatory criteria, guaranteeing sustainable production that respects the marine ecosystem.

It monitors and optimizes growth cycles by controlling water parameters (salinity, temperature, pH) and by adapting cultivation techniques to climatic conditions. It also ensures the prevention of diseases and parasites that may affect production.

In collaboration with scientists and technicians, he is developing new, more efficient and innovative operating methods. It also participates in the harvesting and processing of products from marine crops, while ensuring compliance with quality and traceability standards.

Finally, he manages the administrative and commercial aspects by ensuring the proper packaging of the products and their distribution on the market. His work contributes to the valorization of marine resources while ensuring their preservation for future generations.
