🧭 A journey against the current and rich in meaning

When he talks about his role at ESSCA, he mentions intrapreneurship: a management position as an entrepreneurial adventure within a group. Far from the logic of profitability at all costs, he shares a sincere vision:” Being a campus director means being as close as possible to young people to help them develop themselves ”.
🌱 Strong beliefs about the student experience
In this episode, Charles discusses several key topics:
- The importance of the student experience outside of the classroom : associative projects, studios, sports, places to live, solidarity catering... so many ways to create real campus life.
- Les Limits of generalized alternation, when it causes young people to lose part of their youth and their creativity.
- La sanity and the need to destigmatize psychological support at school.
- The need for Rebuilding tribes, communities of belonging, where individualism and the dopamine of networks threaten social ties.
💡 A plea for culture and critical thinking
Charles also gives a very strong look at education: he denounces the mythology of “new jobs” to better reaffirm the importance of education. sustainable fundamentals : general knowledge, critical thinking, collective work, openness to the world.
“We can change the world. Maybe we won't get to the stars, but we'll land on the Moon. And it will already be a nice trip.”
