Automations
When an event occurs, your actions are executed automatically.
The Grimp Automation module allows you to build your own workflows in a visual editor, without coding. A trigger, such as a learner changing stages, launches a sequence of blocks: sending an email or SMS, waiting for a delay, checking a condition, assigning a task, updating a record, adding to a sequence, or calling an external service. Every execution is logged.
À quoi ça sert ?
No more forgotten follow-ups
Emails, SMS, and tasks are sent at the right time, even when the team is overwhelmed.
Your processes, not a rigid template
Admissions, corporate relations, learner tracking: you build the workflow that fits the way you work.
Time for what matters
Repetitive tasks run on their own, so your team can focus on the interactions that count.

Questions fréquentes
Do you need to know how to code to create an automation?
No. Workflows are built in a visual editor by adding blocks one after another. For advanced needs, an HTTP Call block allows you to connect to an external service.
What kind of automations can be set up?
A welcome email when a candidate becomes eligible, a follow-up to references if the learner hasn't logged in, a request for an admission file, an appointment confirmation text, or a message one year after hiring.
